2. Working principle

Material is fed through the upper intake port and supplied to the crushing chamber. The thin fluid enters the center of the rotor rotating at high rpm through the left and right passages. Under the action of the strong centrifugal force, it will disperse all around; meanwhile, it will received repeated impacts by the dynamic pin at high rpm and the static pin in the working chamber. With strong impacts, most of the starch and fiber will be released and freed. The fiber is not broken because it experiences lesser shear force at impact, and exists in the flake form. As a result the percussive mill can keep a large coarse to fine residual ratio, Tongyongly greater than 2.5:1 to 3:1. The inter-linking starch in fiber skin is released at maximum, and becomes free starch. In addition, protein in the starch can be easily separated. The paste will discharged from the outlet port, thus, completing the fine milling process.
